PawWow Terms of Use

If you are under 18, use PawWow only with the permission of a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child’s use of the service.

PawWow is an AI service. Its output can be inaccurate and is not medical, legal, financial, emergency, mental-health, or other professional advice. Do not rely on it for emergencies or decisions that need a qualified professional.

Do not use PawWow to harm people, break the law, impersonate another person, create or distribute abusive or exploitative content, interfere with the service, or submit material you have no right to share.

Give accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and contact support if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Do not share access in a way that bypasses another person’s consent.

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You give the operator identified in the contact details permission to process, transmit and store it only as needed to provide the requested service, follow your privacy choices and comply with applicable law, including using the providers described in the Privacy Policy. Submit only material you have the right to share.

AI output may be inaccurate or similar to output provided to others; these terms do not promise exclusive rights in it.

Only submit content you are allowed to share. Your storage choices, Store nothing, transcript saving, quality testing, and recording choices are governed by the Privacy Policy and the specific notice shown at the time.

A room is labelled as recorded before anyone joins. Join only when you agree to that recording. Do not record, redistribute, or share another participant’s material without the permissions the law and the participants require.

Sign-in, communications and AI features may depend on third-party services. Their availability and your direct use of them may be subject to their terms. PawWow’s use of providers for your information is described in the Privacy Policy and provider register.

You may stop using PawWow and request account deletion at any time. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements or material breaches of these terms. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the restriction and how to contact support.

Suspension does not remove your applicable privacy rights.

PawWow may change or be unavailable while it develops. We will make updated terms available with their version and date, and communicate material changes through the service where appropriate. New consent is requested where required for changed processing purposes; a terms update does not override an existing withdrawal.

Applicable Indian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory rights and protections that apply to you. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits your consumer, privacy or complaint rights. Contact the operator identified in the contact details at the address above to seek resolution of a dispute.

In the signed-in app, open Memory → Privacy (on mobile, choose Privacy in the Memory section menu). You can change storage choices, withdraw optional consent, export saved data, delete saved data, or delete your account. Contact the privacy or grievance address above for access details, corrections, nomination requests or help with a failed request.

Include your account email and a description; do not send your password or unnecessary identity documents. We may need proportionate identity verification to protect your account. Contact the operator identified in the contact details first about a complaint.

We aim to respond within 30 days, subject to any shorter applicable deadline. You may use the Data Protection Board of India complaint route when the relevant provisions and mechanism apply. India’s DPDP framework takes effect in stages; nothing here removes rights under laws currently applicable to you.
